Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Abu Kass basmati rice
  • 2 large cans of tuna drained from oil
  • 100 gm of boiled broccoli
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • Chopped tomato

Instructions:

In a large bowl add the basmati rice with the canned tuna, then add the chopped broccoli, salt, pepper, sweet corn and chopped tomato, mix well, then serve.
